Everest on Pen y Fan, get it done!

So it’s done ✅ Mt Everest without leaving the UK ✅ Some stats as follows; 37 hours moving time. 114km ran jogged walked crawled. Quad muscles torn into wire wool. 48 hrs elapsed time. Golf ball sized knots in my thighs. 29102 feet of ascent. 9,450 calories used. 7,358calories consumed. Step count 114,726 steps. Up and down the 'Fan 19 consecutive times. That hurt! Thanks to everyone who helped support and donated, especially Rob and Helen, Sharron and Mark.
